We went to Tyson's house to try officially trick-or-treating in his cute neighborhood. Previously at our ward's Halloween party, Peyton was petrified of some of the people in costumes and did not exactly have a positive experience. She enjoyed the candy she got once we left, but I felt pretty bad for her as she cried and trembled in my arms. I wanted to give her a positive experience, so we tried trick-or-treating with one of her great buddies. Peyton, although shy, caught on quickly. She would run up to the doors with Tyson and allowed whoever answered the door to put candy in her bucket and would then say, "let's go to the next house!" We went to just a few houses, but it was perfect!

  Kathy provided their darling costumes and I am so thankful! Grant's cheeks fit the puppy face perfectly and Peyton got to be pretty and girly which she loves. 

 

 We had a Halloween party with tons of friends. It was so neat that so many kids were there (over 25 actually, as some are not in the picture) We had a crazy blast of fun! We had a treasure hunt for the older kids, played a fishing game, and decorated cookies.

Peyton has such fantastic special relationships with her little buddies! She gets so excited every time she sees them and asks for and gets multiple play dates a week. Grant has little buddies too, or at least boys his age that he will be buddies with one day. We are super fortunate and grateful for all the fun times we get to have with such fabulous friends.
